“Pg on the floor, Pg in your life” #SuccessDriven Post #1

Throughout my playing career, I’ve been subjected to playing multiple positions on the basketball court  from the shooting guard in middle school, to playing the small forward spot in a small guard oriented lineup days in high school because of my length and athleticism, but it wasn’t until my senior year of high school where I was introduced to playing the point guard position and learning of its responsibilities. In my eyes the point guard position is the most important position in basketball especially with how the current game of basketball is played. The point guard serves as your leader and “Driver” of your offense similar to one who operates a vehicle in you everyday living. In life each individual is in control of the decisions they make in their lives. The offensive plays the point guard decides to call and run have an effect on the rest of the team out on the floor at the time and in life the decisions one makes in life effect the lives of others as well.

How do you feel about the point guard position and how it relates to everyday living? Do you agree?
